Siobhán's journey into life coaching began after her own career
transition at age 47, when she left a successful corporate HR
role to pursue her passion for helping others navigate similar
crossroads. She's guided over 800 clients through midlife
reinvention, with particular focus on professionals facing
redundancy, early retirement, or the desire for meaningful
change. Her evidence-based approach combines cognitive
behavioral techniques with purpose-driven coaching, helping
clients build resilience and discover meaningful direction
during life's pivotal moments.
She holds a diploma in Coaching Psychology from University
College Dublin and spent three years working with the Irish
Association of Counsellors and Coaches before launching her own
practice in 2015. At frandique Limited, she leads the
development of educational resources and guides on
pre-retirement purpose coaching and career change resilience.
Her work is grounded in research on adult development and
positive psychology, moving beyond generic advice to address the
specific challenges facing Ireland's 45+ demographic.
Siobhán's passionate about normalizing midlife transitions as
opportunities rather than crises. She's developed the 'Second
Chapter' framework—now delivered in Dublin and Cork—which
combines resilience building with purpose exploration. Her
approach is practical, achievable, and fits real lives in Irish
contexts.
